The Customer has the right to return any tea accessory within 14 days after receipt of
the order. Packaged teas and loose leaf tea cannot be returned or refunded.
Tea Accessories can only be returned if they are in their original packages and no
damages caused.

or WhatsApp us on +971 50 459 9370 no later than 2 hours after you have placed
your order. We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a
successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.
